What do you guys think of this W203 tail pipe & silver/chrome advantgard grille?

Hi! I have bought this tail pipe & grille from Taiwan. Hoped it will look good on my Red W203. :-) Will post picture once installed.

As for the tail pipe, need to bring to a mechanic to fix it. any recommendation?

I paid about $300 for the grille & $150 for the tail pipe. Intend to get a projector head lamp also. Will post the picture to seek for senior bros opinion here before i buy. Worry it will cause on-board error.

hmmm, do u know the price for the projector headlamps? cuz im interested to get a set, den got more reasons to change to HID. if not w/o projectors the light gets thrown all over the place...

Hi Willy! I was quoted at around $600/set for projector type. I will post the photo soon. Reason for me to change the head lamp is because the original start to turn yellowish( notice most Mercs have this prob).

Ya! Actually, was comtemplating to get the black or silver type( the supplier have black/silver/chrome type). in the end decide on the silver type. Kinda regret though. hehe!

NO, mine is from Taiwan, I have called one of the local stockist and was quoted $1500/set with xenon light. And they only have black reflector. Mine is silver reflector. I will post the picture in a while.

I m the blackie man, i would prefer the black headlamp. Just curious, the one that u brought comes with angel eyes too? Coz i saw there is a O ring at the low beam light. Can you confirm this?

this headlights got 2 angel eyes, 1 the smaller eye on top, the big eye on the projector

I have not order from them yet as i worry abt the on-board computer error thing. However, was told that there are no angel eyes. As for the auto-leveling, hmm..need to check with them again. BTW, the stocks are fr Taiwan. Price is abt $600/set. Is the price reasonable?

My understanding is you will lose your auto leveling function once you change the light assembly. No worries for computer error as MBM will know how to set it. I changed my stock light to an original MB xenon light assembly in MBM, however the leveling part is not useable after the swap. It's something to do with the vacuum stuff.

Few years ago, those Taiwan projection lens light assembly cover will get blur after long time use, not sure about the current Taiwan part today.

Hi! Thanks for your advice! Anyway, my original headlamp is already a little yellowish in color. Thats y though of changing it. Looks like there are still many things to consider beside the error ya.

what if mine no auto leveling? mine is manual one, got 1-2-3-4 by the side of the headlight switch.

do u know if that will still work after change?

Most probably i will change, but donno whether wanna sell my original in case the after-market headlamp cannot work lo...anw, will let u know if i wanna sell ya.
