Yes, this is meant for the w204 c200.

In fact, it has a wide application, and fits all 1.8L kompressor engines e.g. W203 C180, C200, C230 and the latest generation W204 C180 & C200. It also applies to E200, CLK200 and SLK 200 kompressors

louder but not so much. can use it even without k-box set. once install, make sure ur exhaust are 'operated' (straight through).
