Squeaky brakes for new c180

Hi folks,

I collected my c180 about a month back. 

When I apply the brakes, the brakes will be a low tone "squeak" sound before coming to a slight jerky complete stop. 

Checked with CnC and they said these are sports brakes and are meant to be stiffer and that the sound/jerk will go away after 10,000 km. 

Not sure if they are throwing smoke bomb. 

Would appreciate your advice.

having the same problem too, car about 3 weeks old. hope that it will go away too.

C180 coupe owner here. Driven the car since October have around 6000km on the car. The squeaky sound went away after awhile no worries

Reassuring to know I'm not alone and that the sound goes away with time.  It will take more than six months to clock 6k km though :-)
