Moderator please close the thread. I have raised a CASE report and successfully obtained my refund from the PI at 159 Sin Ming. The PI refused to supply a COE and unilaterally switched my contract from confirmed COE 2 bids to COE with top up even at bid 4.

Glad u have closure in your favour. Going with PI is a risky affair.....always go to a reputable dealer & buy the car that's physically sitting in the showroom. Forget about indenting the car if they have no stock & so what if they sweeten the deal to entice you to sign the dotted line? Walk away & check out other PIs with ready stock.
