curious..... u state as "LTA friendly" cert no transfer plate how to friendly?

I here explain again .. This exhaust can only be approved if fixed on c200 kompressor , cert can only transfer to c200 owner. This exhaust can also be use for other vehicle like c180, but cannot be approved by LTA meaning cannot transfer ownership. Am I clear here ?
