BRABUS CLS350 - Still missing it...

Several years ago, to be exact around 3, I saw this adv on a BRABUS CLS350 on SGCM by First Automobile. (BTW, are they still around?) They also advertised it here - http://www.sgmerc.com/topic/6979-pre-owned-selections/page-3#entry161372.

 

I have always been a fan of the CLS350 shape and silhouette. Of course, I went down almost immediately to check it out - it was in Changi.

 

When I saw the car (I dislike white seats but that white seats were the most gorgeous), I was mesmerized, and of course my heart was ready to book it - it looked really new. However, the sales person said it has already been booked by somebody - for the wife. I was like "call me if it doesn't goes through" and obviously, the call never came.

 

Ever since, I have, on and off, quite occasionally actually, been thinking about this car and I think I saw it (only) once, quite recently. The BRABUS culture here is not that much though - perhaps due to pricing and demand - and searches just yield nothing.

 

Oh well, end of rant. Not sure why I am even writing this - perhaps because I still want a BRABUS CLS.

Indeed the Brabus culture is not strong here. I was considering to sell my Brabus B25S (E250 Avantgarde base) but no buyers. Dealers also not willing to accept it because "cannot sell". Anyways, buy Brabus is because I liked it and am still enjoying the ride everyday (when I'm in SG anyways!)... 

 

Good luck in finding the Brabus CLS... I saw one recently on the road very new, so should be able to buy it still in SG.

Autovox is listed as the AD in Singapore for Brabus, you might want to check with them. I believe if you're really sincere, they will be able to import one in for you.
