W212 Headlamp level

Hi Bros

 

Anyone can advise if the headlamp level on W212 can be adjusted? It seems quite high and appears to "blind" the drivers in front. These are "wall-e" lights, so they do move up and down when I start the car.

There is 4-5 level of brightness to be selected

Is that not for the ambient lighting inside the car? You mean that's for headlamp brightness?
