Mercedes Engine in Infinity Q50

I went to look at the Infinity Q50 when I read about the Eau Rouge version.

The Q50 comes with the Mercedes C250/E250 engine and gearbox.

Perhaps owners of Mercedes C250/E250 can go test the car and give your feedback - I sensed that they must have tuned the engine differently.

Anyway the Eau Rouge is apparently only a concept for the moment.

The few things that I wished the Q50 has are:

pedal shift,

foot-sensor boot-lid opener (like the BMW),

auto parking,

collision control,

electronic/automatic parking brake.

 

Then it would be a worthy contender against the 3-pointed stars.

 

Oh, the trip computer in the car showed a fuel consumption of 5.3km/litre!  Well, it is a test car but ouch!

did check out the q50 not too long ago. nice interior, great seats, nice screens built in(but not too sure about the implementation of the system though, seems slightly laggy transiting between menus)

 

didnt test drive as I didnt wanna waste the SE time but for those considering a md size sedan, I guess good option besides the usual germans...
