Whining / Buzzing sound

Recommended Posts

I am driving B180 w246. There's whining / buzzing noise when accelerating. I am on 'e' mode all the while. The whine gets louder with the pitch lessening as the car starts to slow down. I googled and found this article: http://m.mbworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=322638&styleid=20

Any bros have similar experiences or solutions? Can share? Thanks.

Sent in to C&C after waiting for 1 month. They diagnosed that the driveshaft is faulty and needs to send back to Germany for investigation. Such brand new car at less than 1 month old also will have problem, seriously what kind of quality is this.

Somehow "new" cars are having more and more issue. My colleagues driving BMW and Audi also having issue on and off. Brand new car have problem already. Just like one colleague driving vw scirocco gotten car but almost every month send in service centre for repair. Perhaps new way to drive courtesy car and keep owned car lower mileage.

end of the day we come out with a saying.. want drive conti pay conti ;)
