WTS: RaceChip Ultimate for A250/C180/CLA200

I have a used Racechip ultimate for sale. It was previously used in my A250.

I have confirmation from RaceChip that the chip and harness is compatible with A250, C180 and CLA200. Didn't enquire about the other models but understand so long turbocharged it will most likely be compatible. Please let me know your car model and I can drop an email to racechip.

All in good working condition. Bought for $930 and letting go at $650. Thanks.

can i confirm this Racechip is for the C180 1.6L not for the 1.8L?

The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

I am interested .. but a few questions first:

1. Does it fit on CLA180?

Yes. Pls refer to pic for email reply from RaceChip themselves

2. Do I need to get some tuning done to match it for CLA180?

Plug and play, no "tuning" necessary if this answers your question

3. The reason you are selling it?

On another chip thanks to poison from Tekku, DH1967 and VodKeith.

4. What is warranty left on Racechip Ultimate?

Unlikely, this was purchased on June 2013

Out of curiosity, what chip are you using now? How is it superior to racechip?

I am in bit of double mind, generally CLA180 doing well (I am not so much acceleration freak though I drive little above legal limits ;)), but I got the poison to explore the engine at its full glory... Trying to build a case for myself to go for it :D

Haha. I'll let the lead instigator (u know who u r) to answer this question. To me, both chips may be similar coz I'm not a hard driver. One thing I do realized is fuel efficiency is better on this RaceChip than stock and on the other chip.

Ok....I think the racechip is perfectly ok and many has used it before. Good reviews and reliable. It's just that you are too itchy backside to resist changing, for better or for worse :)
