Any Difference To PI Merc?

Hi guys, I am directing this question specifically at aircon specs. I know for sure that cars going into GCC have a different specification to cater to their desert climate. Most of our PI Mercs come from UK. I am wondering if there are any differences in aircon specs for MB sold in UK and Singapore.

Air con is AIR CON....it only produce cold air....  nothing changes.... your Mitsubishi Starmax is built in JAPAN.... Any difference???? Just like our cooker is made in China.... it still only cook rice.... unless if it's made in Cybertron... it might transform.....

In the good old days, Alfa Romeo, Fiat & other conti cars are notorious for aircon breaking down or poor cooling efficiency. They usually came with smaller cooling coil & a 4 or 5 blade fan. Aircon workshops were thriving at that time...busy ripping out these factory aircon coils & fans, & reinstalling with bigger coils & 10 blade fans. The ADs later decided that bringing in cars without factory aircons & retrofitting them locally made better sense. Aircon workshops became even more thriving. Nowadays...these workshops have disappeared, a testament that modern car factory aircons are a lot better today. Whether its PI or AD cars, have no fear lah bro.
