Go and visit a few reputable installers and asked them to show you some of their work!

You may not wanna "dig" holes in your head rests.

There are some that sells headrest with monitor that may fit your ride.

I did not fit... because very seldom it will be used as my family listen to music most of the time.

When necessary (for example long distance), I take out my old portable DVD player and hang on the headrest instead. Power supply is from the 12V socket at the rear seat center console.
