Car jerks when switching from R to D

I'm not sure if I'm changing gears too fast. On some occasion the car jerks when I gear change from R to D. And I can only resolve this by either switching to P first then re-engage.

The Sa at cycle told me gearbox has to be replaced. Is there any reliable mechanics outside who can help look at this first? I sometimes feel that C&C just keeps getting us to change parts.

Sounds like a solenoid or valve body issue.

If cnc say GB must change, then ask for a dyno report....once you have that, then you will know for sure.....
