Loud tock tock when car is reversing in full lock left

Recently when I make a full lock on my steering to the left, a Loud tock tock sound is heard. Should be from front wheel area.

However it is only heard when I engage in reverse gear and reversing while the steering is on its way to full lock.

Appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance
