Time taken for warranty repair/claims by C&C

Guys, I am curious to know how much time your cars spend in C&C for warranty claims?

 

2 months back: Claimed mounting & suspension while doing normal 15k servicing.

Time spent: 3 days 2 night (I sent in early morning, took back on 3rd day evening around 630pm)

 

Yesterday: Claimed fogged/blur headlight. 

Time spent: 1 full day. Took back in the evening around 7pm.

 

Yesterday, I waited till 6pm, already very pissed, walked around to find my car and to find that it was nicely parked with the issue still there. You can imagine the fire shot up over my head.

Screwed the SA and the tech royally.

Then they proceeded to work on it... and only near 7pm they got it done and ready.

 

On both occasions, it was too late and my car was not washed at all.

 

 

Was it just me that I looked too nice guy to makan, or it is 'like that one', to discourage claims?

Both experiences were very unpleasant.  :growl:

I did a reprograming of my Boot before....mind you its only reprogramming.....3D2N at CNC Chalet.....

Normal servicing within 8hrs.....

Change suspension 3D2N

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

My advice is to send ur car to other workshop if ur car is OOW(Out of warrenty) it would be much faster

The next big one is 60k. Heard that will be a 2D1N package that cost over $2k.

Since the car has no problem now, yeah, I'm seriously considering ditching the warranty.

 

Poor and lousy service paid at a premium...well, the only exception was the auntie serving kopi & pastries.

Siao Liao... I m due for servicing in 50 days time....50k servicing... Wonder how much time and $$.....

 

perhaps 1 day if you are not also doing warranty claims. 50k is supposed to be minor servicing.

i paid over $4xx (can't remember exact). forgotten to tell them not to do the unnecessary stuff...
