Workshop recommendation for sound troubleshooting

Hi Guys, I have a very annoying problem, with my 3 and half years old W204. My car got a intermittent knocking sound whenever i am driving for long duration. I went to C&C during my warranty period previously. So far according to my SA Francis. They have change 1)torsion bar linkage 2) front shock absorber and buffer 3) bearing and lower ball joint. 4) tighten impact bean structure As of today the noise issue is still there pls help.. Any brothers encounter similar problems before and have solve it can advice.
