Why would it be pai seh to install boot spoiler for W211? Seen a few on the roads with it, in the end car is yours, do whatever that makes you happy!

Non-AMG cars also can put spoiler. Even Mercedes sells it as an OEM part. Want put just put, makes the car looks a younger and sportier.
