Check Engine Light

aceton

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Anyone experienced the Check Engine Light due to Code P0128 - Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature ?

How do we know if thermostat needs to be replaced ?

Has anyone changed thermostat before to be able to advise the price, workshop and down time ?

Much thks in advance for any advise. I'm driving the CLA180.

cheers

common problem. after reset fault might return. As long as the thermo gauge on the dash is ok it's just the 2 part non critical) sensor that needs to replace. I have same problem. I live with it. I get the workshop to reset the code, comes on every other 3-4 months.  replacement will cost you half a day and $400++ at one of the reputable workshop.
