Advice : What's the wheel spec for W212 (E250 Advangarde) R18?

Dear Bros, can help to advise me, what is the wheel spec for year 2014 E250 (W212) sedan?  The stock wheel is running on staggered set up with 18' but thinking of upgrading to 19' rims but not sure its spec. 

Can I run on non-staggered setup in 19" rims?

My stock rims & tyres are :

245/40/18, ET 48 (front), 8.5jx18

265/35/18, ET54 (rear), 9.0jx18

 

My new rims spec is, 9.0jx19 (front) ET37, 9.5jx19 (rear) ET52. What is the right tyre size I should use on this new rim?
