Car audio shows "Device Unavailable" for my '12 S350L

Hi all, my car audio was working perfectly until a few weeks ago when the display on my Comand screen shows "Device Unavailable". I brought the car in to Cycle & Carriage and they told me that the Comand APS NTG 3.5 is not working and needs to be replaced. They quoted me S$13k!!! Have any of you encountered this problem before? Do you know anyone in Singapore who will be able to repair the Comand APS NTG 3.5? Or do you know where I can buy a second hand Comand APS NTG 3.5? Thanks!

Thanks guys. Brought the car to Elebest and found out that the problem was NOT the Comand but a faulty amplifier. I'm amazed that Cycle got it wrong..

The easiest way is obviously to replace anything and everything... Glad it worked out for you without a significant and unnecessary hole in your pocket.
