*nod*.. the price is as good as it can get....He quoted me already. Am thinking hard ahah coz it's more than I expected (not that I mean it is expensive coz it's probably a lot of work to do this plus parts not cheap. Already US$800 plus.)
it is a very convenient mod to have

Here's a short video clip of the Remote Starter in action. Works for both non-Keyless-GO and Keyless-GO.
Please watch full-screen to see the Instrument Cluster movements
1. No cutting of original wiring.
2. No bypass of factory security
3. No sacrifice of existing key remotes
4. Uses existing Key Remote for starting car
5. Built in Security to protect against unauthorised operations

as effective as your current remote. What's the effective range?

If the range is that far, I'd be interested if the price is good too. I don't mind being able to start my car from my office. Waiting for your PM.it can be increased via an extended antenna.

What I actually like is the Viper SmartStart, the ability to control some functions of the car from the iPhone.

you have a choice of having it visibile on your windscreen/dashboard, or hidden away from view (my preference)Where will the extended antenna be installed in the car?
