I'm changing season parking from The Sail to MBFC. If anyone is keen on my Sail parking lot please let me know. Not charging any premium. I have paid $480 (the monthly rate) in advance for March 2014 already, just have to pay me that fee to take over. Lot is available from 1st March. I'm offering to cover the admin cost of swapping car details with the condo management (think they are charging around $20)
