I have installed Kleemann header with high air flow cat, so far so good. You get pretty good power at low RPM, will be perfect if add k-box and pulley.. still sourcing for one...

My ride is CLK M271 engine...

Last time my old W203 also say use k box only.

Unker hantam K Box with pulley kit, bigger fuel pump & bigger supercharger pulley using the C230 supercharger.

That's why I gip up doing power mod!

Easier to get an Audi with 2.0 TFSI or 3.0 SC do stage 1 remap!

Not happy go Stage 2 with Cat back! Can go bigger Owen Tc lagi.....hehehe:p

Used to be KBS, now there is no official distributor. Kleemann webpage is not updated. They will suggest that you buy from their e-store direct.

Last time was $3K + but heard some bros brought them in on their own, never mod and let go around $2K

Yea W204 only have kleemann for the PFL tho. Only thing avail for the cgi is the turbo down pipe.

Looking at between 15-20 hp for each mod. The header and sports cat is ment to compliment the K box and fuel reg. so used as a set its damn power. Price wise the kleemann website posts prices

Installation for the headers go to mann exhaust cuz even if go to kbs they will send your car to mann

Check light will not appear using Extractor.

cos the original Air senor is install after the CAT.

Only if u remove the CAT then the Check light will appear

Base on my experience

After installing Kleeman box, extractor, high flow cat, C63 quad exhaust.

the HP increase to 215HP and 340torque

and most important of all is the Fuel used is lower

I get around 10km per liter on a Stock car.

after all the mods

I can get 12km per liter (and the above 2 fuel figures are base on agressive driving , always rev up to 5000 rpm)

actually no need to buy Kleeman Extractor.

I bought mine thats is made in Taiwan for half the price and the quality of the welding on the Taiwan made extractor is much better than Kleeman

and best of all it cost me around $1500. only
