W205 Trunk unable to close by itself

After I changed the trunk actuator at a local workshop, I have issue with the trunk closing by itself when I press the close or lock button on the trunk. I went back to the workshop and they replaced the motor at the bottom of the trunk. The problem is still the same. I went back to the workshop and seems to me they have no clue what the problem is. This issue is very annoying and does not seem so straight forward to diagnose. Is there anyone having encountered this issue? The car is coming to its 5 years of ownership. Your advice is very much appreciated.
