Prefacelift W212 bulb replacement

Hi all 

would like to know if  I would need to replace the whole led system for my W212 prefacelift version or just a blub as attached with the picture as I can’t find the  answer on Google or YouTube

This's a known issue for PFL W212 7-Gtronic left side brake lights starting from Oct '11 to FL in 2014.

Didnt affect PFL W212 5 Speed from 2009 to Sep '11.
