C200 W205 2019 - Engine check light blinking

Hi all,  happily collected the new car, 2 days later, check engine was blinking, twice at junction and car was jerking and almost stalled. Off and On the engine both times and light went off. Same check engine light blink again and went off several times. Sent back to C&C, did a diagnostic and mentioned that its software issue. Reset and issue will not occur. Less than 2 weeks later, same issue occur. Went back to C&C, diagnosed again and found no fault. Service Manager looked blank and cant answer what is wrong with the car. This car is less than 1 month old. Can anyone assist my next course of action? Pls assist, many thanks
