Tok sound when moving off, when stop for a long time

Hi everyone, 

Everyday I am facing this problem for my W213 e200 2017. When morning went I drive off, the first stop like waiting for traffic light. When I want to drive off. There will be a tok sound. It will happen like a few times only at traffic light stop. 

It is not constant one. So I was wondering did anyone got this problem. 

 

The only thing I can suspect is the Taiwan rims which I changed. Will the nuts also affect it?

Where does the sound comes from?

Most of the time is from the rear of the car. Got a few time i heard from the front.

My guess is probably undercarriage, some loose exhaust part mechanism. The SE needs to test drive with you to detect audibly &/or do a full undercarriage examination in load condition. Our SE in Singapore is not up to mark with German standard, I think.
