New owner of the B180, few easy questions regarding the lights

Hi,

I´m a new owner of used B180 (MY2016). This is my 1st MB after Volkswagen and Skoda cars, so I have few easy questions for you guys.

1) Should the light switch positions be illuminating?

Which light should be on when I choose right/left parking light [two most bottom when turning counter clockwise] (my car doesn´t have surrouding lights in the side mirrors)?

 

2) What are the black plastic pad in the roof near the trunk door?

3) The original interior light are quite yellowish and quite dim, so I´m thinking to change them to LED to give more light. Anyone knows a place where to get the right LED models for the right lights (e.g. for the light in the trunk, front dome lights, rear seat light etc). Especially I´m looking for more light power in the trunk light.

4) I was looking for a switch from the back seat to light up the rear seat roof light. But there was none and only way to light it up is to use the switch in the front dome light switches (operated by the driver or co-driver). Am I missing something or is the back seats switches to be selected as optional?
