I've got the hanging hook (without suction) from TB. Later I go find the link and take some actual pictures.

When I got it it was ¥93 shipped to the freight forwarder. From frieght forwarder to Singapore is low few dollars (part of the combined items I purchased from TB) 

Fully extended. 

 

Partially retracted. Can go up to 90 degrees angle. 

Definitely sturdy. The silver portion is real metal plate. As can see from my pictures,  fit and finish not the best with some scruffy edges but overall serves the function well.
