Cricket like sound when turning left & braking intermittently

Hi bros/sis..im driving a B200 2009 model & would like to seek help if anyone has tis issue before. The cricket like sound looks like its coming from the front engine bay on the passenger side. it is not always though but when I power off the aircon, the sound is no longer there...hmmm.. read somewhere it could be due to some V belt tensioner or something.

Appreciate any advise & help...many thanks!
