Staggered Tires - Rotation

Noob question cos first time driving staggered tires. Can I know if its necessary to rotate the tires since its pretty limited due to the set up. I reckon can only rotate side to side.

if your tires are rotational (have outside/inside surface marking) and directional (have rotation direction arrows), then even side to side also cannot.

if your tires are just rotational, then limited to side to side swap.

I did my 5k km Tyre Rotation & Balancing with Nitrogen filled @ C&C, S$18.

Only left <=> right

I thought rotation is FOC?

Topup nitrogen is free. Rotation is not.

Oh, like that I might as well go to LS Tyres or tires shop nearer my place to do it.... About $25 right?

Rotation is $18, cannot remember if it includes balancing.

What is the down time? 

Do they do re-balancing of tires before rotation?

Outside marking yes but didn't see the directional marking. Anyway, I will let it be, Hankook tires not as expensive as the rest. Will change when require. Thanks for the info! My only concern now is that my tyres are run flat. not sure if it will be available as and when required.
