Early Bird Rates (Till 1/8/17) :

$200 nett - Single room

$260 nett - Double room ($130 per pax)

 

Normal Rates (By 19/8/17)  :

$220 nett - Single room

$280 nett - Double room ($140 per pax)

 

*Ages 5 & Below, Free.*

 

Open to all ages and all models of *Mercedes Benz*. 

 

*There is a maximum capacity of 20 cars for this trip. If we are over subscribed, we will only accept more cars subjected to the availability of the Special Parking facility of the hotel.*

Thanks to the few brothers who have texted me. i thought it will be good to share with all here.

1) Is there speed limit or speed restriction of the convoy? If I am a newbie, will i be suitable?

Ans: We should be going via 2-3 groups of different speed. So, you can choose which one to follow. Newbies are definitely suitable for there will not be overtaking, racing etc. Rest assured that you will be well taken care off and have fun!

 

2) Is there anything else that I might have to pay for?

Ans: No. Everything is in except day 2 lunch and shopping.

 

3) Can I bring along my spouse, friend, partner etc along?

Ans: Of course! The more the merrier!

Another mini FAQs.

 

1) Will there be complimentary or paid car check before the trip? If yes, when?

You are in luck! We have secured a sponsor in EOS Garage to support us with the car check. Once closer to the event date, we will furnish all participants with a few dates to choose from for the car check.

 

2) Will there be stickers / decals to be pasted on my car door? If yes, will the paint come off? Sorry, I am a newbie.

There will likely not be any sticker that will be pasted onto your door. We are in talks with a potential sponsor on the stickers being on the front and rear windscreen and possibly the side window (albeit a small size one).

 

3) What time will we be going in and what time will we be back on the next day?

Ping me and I will send you the itinerary.

 

Remember, the early bird prices will close at 01/08/2017, 2359Hrs. So hurry!
