Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)

Not sure if is a noob question, this is my first car with TPMS factory fitted (driving CLA180).

if I were to change rim/tyres, anything which I need to take note of to Ensure that the TPMS is still functioning after the change?

Do I need to highlight to the tyre shop that my ride got TPMS or it make no difference to the way they change the rims and tyres with or without TPMS?

You can just reset it manually on the main console .

Just let the workers in the tyre shop know that your car is equipped with TPMS and they know what to do. The sensors have to be removed and reinstalled.
