W205 door panel noise

Any bro w205 encounter many plastic rubbing sound heard on the door panel when traveling on uneven road ,if wind down window  abit the noise will be softer

uh... yes... just let your SA know.. they'll replace the parts

It is the window guide. They are made of plastic materials and thus the noise that u complained when travelling on uneven road. They will change to felt material. The noise will be gone. Do for all 4 doors. Downtime is 2 days.

CNC just did the greasing on the door panels for me. Common problem they said. 

Noise is gone.

Informed the sa of the noise when the car was sent for its service a. Was told need to leave the car there for 2 days.

Maybe schedule this for services b when there are more issues and resolve them once and for all then

Bro, can share where exactly did CnC greased the door panels? Is it exterior of the door where we can grease ourselves or internal of the door panels that requires CnC to remove panel and grease. Thank you.

Hi Bro sorry i have no idea. They just told me they will help me do it and it's all done when I collected the car.
