I am not new from age joined Jan 2013. Just giving a honest review to DTC as I tuned my ride after warranty period is over.

Dear All,

I am driving a 2014 E200 Face Lift Model. As you know E-class is big and bulky and acceleration for this car is very sluggish compared to CLA and C-Class. I have heard many talking about tuning my car but I am not sure which workshop to go to. I got to know Dynotechnica workshop through some sgmerc member in the forum. Finally i met Benny, he is a very humble guy and I starting asking him many questions about my car and how he can help me to increase my performance for my car. But after listening to Benny's solution, I was a little bit reluctant to tune my car as he need to open up my ECU to do a remapped. I have heard many stories about how other tuner from other workshop damaging their ECU and dare not take a risk, moreover my car is still under warranty.

However, I went to Dynotechnica for merc's meetup and watched few bro from sgmerc forum tuning their car. I talk to all of them and seat in their ride after the tuning and the power was amazing. After chit chatting with these bro, I found out from them that Benny actually warranty their ECU, the way he handle the EUC is very professional and he will help to glue back and waterproof the entire ECU. I was there to witness the entire process and even professional workshop cannot tell that the ECU was opened up before as some of our bro just went back to CnC for some warranty claims. Benny is a very careful person, he will save the original map into your thumb drive (to ensure that the original was kept a copy) and he will them work on the original map. There are many parameters that can be tune in the map. The software he used is a very powerful tools which can unlocked many paramenters. But I still did not let Benny's tune my ride.

Until one day when I went for another Merc's Meet up at Dynothecnica, I met this two guys who driving GTR and Nissan 370z and they told me that they are the regular customers with Benny for more than 10 years. All their rides previously, were all tune by Benny. They told me that his tuning fees include dyno tuning and is one of the cheapest in the market. After the tuning, he will not forget about you, everytime he learned new stuffs he call you back and will still help to upgrade your map and improved our ride. I went to the workshop for more than 10 times and speak to all the drivers there before I decide to let Benny's tune my ride.

The big day final came, I left my car in Benny's workshop for more than 3 days as I went on a business trip. After I came back to collect my car, I feel the whole car is changed. The accleration was amazing and I can easily acclerate to 100kn/hrs and whole car feels more drivable and crusing was so shiok and I never feel so good driving my car before. Driving in sportz mode was so crazy and I feel I overtake any car on the road. Most importantly, I been driving for about one month already and there isnt any engine or error check light and the power still mantained as it is. I would give Benny 10/10 rating. I will go back Dynotechnica for sevicing from now on as his pricing is very resonable. Overall I am a happy customer and I write this review because I feel Benny derserved this!

Yes, definitely "new" to merc, and hope there is no discrimination.

My previous rides had been Bimmer and they were in good hand. I am continuing with my mercedes as well. Benny is humble, approachable and very knowledgeable with car. He had been giving good practical advises and guidance on my ride openly and without selfishness. He had proven himself and his reputation to me with my rides.

Likewise, ppl to ppl is very individual, and I am just one of his happy customers. I would say, experience it yourself.

First and foremost, I ought to declare to everyone I am not working for Dynotechnica Performance Specialist. I consider him as my benefactor as well as a Friend whom I know for a decade. 

I strongly recommend this workshop as Benny who is the boss/tuner is indeed capable, knowledgeable with vast experiences and expertise. I hereby state I am not affiliated with Dynotechnica Performance Specialist. In addition I don't need any incentives or benefits from him to sustain my way of life. 

I run my own business outlet and have enough finances to sustain my family and lifestyle. I get to know Benny and his mechanics about 10 over years ago. It was by pure coincidence that my Friend introduced me to this workshop. 

At that point in time, I was driving a Subaru Subaru Wrx and my previous tuner blew my engine. I bought a new engine but to my dismay, my previous tuner was unable to solve my car tuning issues. My car was running very lean and without any boost. Fortunately I got to know Benny and he managed to solve my car problematic tuning issues.  

My car was tuned till it produces impressive performance.  I got addicted to power and I began to modify my car as I craved for more bhp and torque. On and off I have changed many set up. 

I have been to awful and shoddy workshop such as sparks motor sports (closed down). I spent 10k there and they totally messed up my car。For 3 months I am left stranded with no car. As that workshop was a collaboration between 2 workshop hence My car kept going to the workshop located at Sin Ming. What they did was persistently asking me to change hardwares, autronics ecu and even to the extend of asking me to change another engine. 

In the nick of time, Benny asked me to head back to his workshop and troubleshoot. In less than an hour they managed to detect why my car was without boost. They solved my car woes, Therefore I look upon Benny as my benefactor and from that time onwards, I trust his savvy and talented mechanics. 

I had to spent 20k+ on lousy workshop and incompetent tuner to learn a lesson. The main reason why I wrote this is because I do not want newbies to end up like me spending unnecessary money, time and effort on dreadful workshop with amateur tuners and inexperienced mechanics. 

Many had pondered the reasons why I am so supportive of Dynotechnica and are skeptical of this renowned workshop that has been around for more than 15 years. Therefore I had decided to pen down the reasons why I am so supportive of Dynotechnica.  

I am so supportive of Dynotechnica as they are exceedingly professional, well versed and had tuned more than 10k of cars up to date of any makes and models. 

Before purchasing this C200 W205, I traded in my Subaru Wrx for a brand new Volkswagen Jetta. However engine stall with gearbox jerks issues made me sold off that car in less than 4 months. 

After collection of my car and driving around for more than 6 months, I have decided to tune my C200 W205. Some might ponder why I do not want to get the AMG version, I have a budding family and my Sister is almost the same height as me, hence CLA45 is not suitable for me. As for other higher end version. It is out of my league. In addition I prefer the interior and exterior look of the new  C Class. 

The hardware and software to tune Mercedes Benz ECU had finally arrived at Dynotechnica. It is a true authentic customised ecu tuning and after tuning, the map will stay in and last. It is known as dimsports transdata.

Do take note, some other tuners will simply tired to flash their way in to Merc ecu, however it doesn't work that way and the map they flashed in will not stay Long. Eventually Mercs ecu map will revert it back to stock. In additional, certain tuner simply flash the same map to all the cars. Tuning doesn't work that way. Every car characteristics are different even for stock cars, they don't do 100% customised tuning. With some throttle control installed, many car owners would assumed their tuning works however they are under the wrong impression and deluded. The money paid for is unjustifiable and not value for money. 

I was extremely thrilled and elated when Benny is ready to do a 100% authentic customised tuning for me, Therefore I booked an appointment with Benny. 

The day came and it took Benny a day, just to tune my car. He used dimsports transdata and carefully loaded the customized map into my  car ecu. Car went up for Dyno tune and It took several hours. It was a 100% customised tuning therefore it took that Long. 

I was very amazed with the tuning results. The increment of the torque is substantial and I simply love the G force and bhp squeezing from my car set up. Driving around gives me a rush of adrenaline with my heart palpitating rapidly. 

I am now having so much fun and joy driving my car around. Low end and high end driving is incredibly awesome. The torque is simply mind blowing and remarkable. 

This is why I love Benny's tuning so much. The time and effort Benny put in, with umpteen Dyno run to perfect and optimise the car set up really left me on cloud nine. I applaud and appreciate him for all the effort put in tuning my Mercedes Benz C Class C200 w205 Amgline.

Just got my C117 tuned at Dynotechnica after being poisoned by my buddy. His W204 is also tuned by Benny slightly earlier than me.

Before I left my car with Benny, I went down to take a look and spoke to him.

He is vey professional and patient with me, explained to me what will I be expecting and what should I consider before tuning my car.

During this pre visit, I also chanced upon meeting fellow sgmerc members there. All positive and convincing feedback which is a plus for me.

Needless to say, my ride now feels lively and more fun to drive. Never regret my decision to tune at Dynotechnica.

As some may know DTC is sort of a life saviour to me and to my car.  And i'm usually very lazy to do long write ups, but since Benny and his team had spend so much time and effort to make my ride enjoyable.

Thumbs up to you and your team Benny. I let my friend, who also drives a CLA200, and my wife tried driving the ride themselves and they also commented about it feeling like a totally different ride.

As another happy customer, I felt that the team at Dynotechnica handled my tuning session very professionally. It was New Year Eve, but Benny still did his best to do a proper tune on my ride, even though it was after his official opening hours. He even took the time gave me a detailed explanation of what was done, and about the Dyno results. Totally no regrets on this decision.

Got my c180k tuned by Benny some time in November 2016.

Before the tuning started, on different occasions, we discussed several different options to cater to my budget and also to see what else could be done to improve the performance.

After i decided and throughout the entire tuning process, he also took time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Which i felt enhanced the customer service factor also.

Immediately after tuning, the car felt much more lively and more willing to move when i stepped harder. Definitely very happy with the results.

Now its been 2 months and cuz i'm greedy for more, will be going back again soon to see what other options are available to me.
