C&C scratch my car

Brought my car in on 17/08/2016 for some minor repair work .

I usually have the habit of checking the entire car before driving off .

To my surprise C&C gave me freebies !!!! 3 scratch on the right rear door/fender .

Told the SA . I am glad that they honour the damage and agreed to repair on good will .

Not complaining thou . Just to remind fellow Merc owners to check your rides before driving off .

The scratch was very fresh when I notice it . Still have some "skin" dangling .

Most probably it took place when they were retrieving the car from the holding area .

I just consider it is just bad luck .

A lot of funny things can happen during 7th month .

I'm curious - did they offer you a courtesy car as well ?

How did they repair the scratch. Look like the paint is completely scrape off leaving the primer visible. They repair with paint pen or respray the door and wheel fender?

I'm not sure if there is a courtesy car . But will demand for 1 if not taxi vouchers also can .

Latest update from customer service is they will re-spray the damage area . Touch-up pen is definite a big No No for me .
