make sure to get  original philips one .. otherwise it may taint your headlight housing interior overtime.

original philips bulb has this coating around it such that excessive heat will not reach your headlight housing as easily as those pirated ones.

 

u can google for philips authorised dealers and buy from them to ensure it's original one. there are tons of counterfeit in the market. maybe some sellers also do not know they are carrying counterfeit ones.

Yup. That's my concerns too. Been trying to google for official Philips authorized dealers, unfortunately nothing was found. Called up Philips CS to enquire, CSO sounds like a foreigner, and totally clueless about their product line. Kept asking for my details, to raise a "case number" for relevant department to contact me in 3 working days.
