W205 Mercedes C Touchpad Not working

Anyone has the same problem with me, my 4 months old Touchpad is not working properly, it is not responsive to any finger touch at all, only the buttons are working. Any idea if it is covered in warranty since my car is just 4 months old.. Bought it from PI. Authorized service center told me to replace the spoilt unit... is it a software issue or hardware issue?

same mine was bought from PI too like this since day one from sep-14, which PI? Maybe you can PM me and discuss further

PM U.. will report it to CASE soon since i am so feedup with their unprofessionalism.. All the while, i don't know it is touch responsive n has been using the circular button to navigate my command-on-line system... Expecting me to pay for the faulty unit..

Touchpad not working too.

Service adviser upgraded the software and now in normal working condition.

I didnt go back c&c. My workshop just did a software update that all.

Anyone can advise how to enable touchpad? I just got my C180 (used) a few weeks ago. I wasn't able to use the touchpad till I found out it was not available on system setting menu page. It seems like C&C turned it off by default?

Go chip soon to check. I did a software update and it solved it.
