Any difference between 09' W204 C200 and 11'W204 C180

Hello bros here, need some advice here , is there any diff between c200 Kompressor exhaust and c180 7-gtronic . Cause after I swop them the c200 seem to have more power and bassy eventhough nothing was done to the exhaust. Anyone know why or advise on that.
