Greetings newbie here need advice on SLK280 2006 model

Hi Guys!

Greetings to one and all! :)

I am a newbie and not very familiar with Merc although owned a humble E200 some years back.

I just bought a SLK 280 2006 model (R171)? and super excited.

Was considering SLK200 and SLK359 buy decided settle for the pony above :P

Did some basic checks and test driven seems pretty ok... However I need some advice on what else specifically to watch out for/ test further when collecting the car from dealer before I settle the payment.

What are some of the common issues with this model if any and how to rectify?

Heard the consumption is at about 12L/100km?

How much does a general servicing cost and is there any recommended workshops ?

I thank one and all in advance and hope to meet up with you guys in the next gathering :)

Ps: please excuse my ignorance if qs seems duff...
