Ticking sound is normal, apparently comes from the exhaust cooling down.

For brakes, depends on the setup you're on. Are you on stocks or did you upgrade to performance brakes (BBK)?

I changed my stock brake pads during my 30k servicing. These mileage advice are just rough gauges as everyone's driving and braking style is different. Could also be some foreign object that's caught on your brakes.

I have the same problem.. I changed my front brake discs n pads at chip soon.. But when I drive there is eeee sound from the rear.. Went back to workshop they checked and found rear pads not worn out.. Couldn't find out the reason causing it..

I'm still having this eeee sound.. Any bro can advise or shed some light?
