Update I have an unsolicited buyer for my BBK and facelifted Steering, so mostly will dekit, and can lower the asking price to $155k. Duno good news anot, but the buyer is a sincere gentleman, and the dekit sale should take place most likely end of Oct. So at $155k, hopefully can catch more people eyes... good luck to my own sale. Road tax just renewed for 6 mths too.

update: dekitted BBK & steering. No worries on the current brake pads, as the previous owner had changed the brake pads and even the rotors 8000km ago. new selling price of this car lowered to $152k.
