just plugging this into the cigarette lighter can improve so many things in a car and making 8 year old car feel new .. really will take people who believe in magic to buy it ... (target audience 6 to 8 years old ?)

Not really, you have to change the mode of vibration while you plug it in and it depend owner to owner, i mean car sorry : P

I brought 1pc in Dec 2013, inserted onto my cigarette lighter socket on my 8 years old E200. Now, my E200 performance like almost new car engine which I am very pleased. I intend to increase another Global 5 but need to add another in-car cigarette lighter socket.
