Sunroof Shade cover/liner peeling off

Does anyone knows a good MB service centre or grooming centre that is able to change the liner of a CLK sunroof shade? Mine started peeling off yesterday after I opened the shade.

Else I believe most workshop that does repair works will be able to supply and install for you.
