Bluetooth not sending voice signal on Audio 20

Dear Bros and Sis,

I need your kind advice on the following issue...

I just bought a new phone, and I am able to connect my phone via Bluetooth to my Audio 20.

The problem is I can dial and also receive call on my Audio 20, but once I answer, there is no sound at all.

Suspecting that my phone is faulty, so I tried to connect my phone to a Bluetooth ear piece to test... it is working fine...

There wasn't any issue at all previously on I phone 5... currently running on S4 ....

Anyone has such issues?

When connected to bluetooth, on the phone press the setting button next to the connected device. Enable both the boxes.

Weird thing is I only have one box... call audio...

Not showing media audio....

update to my issue...

 

i search the web for a Samsung APP called  "Soundabout". 

 

after installing, it works like a charm... 

 

After reading advices and comments through the web, i got to know that when S4 is connected via bluetooth, it will read as a earphone being docked onto the phone. 

 

the above mentioned APP will bypass the default setting and send voice signal straight to the bluetooth device that you connect to...

 

sounds weird.... but hey.... it works for me now...
