I know. If you buy a C250 over a C180, of course it'll come with other goodies as well for the extra price you pay besides for the tuned performance. You of course get more options as standard. Hell if you buy a C350 it comes with the AMG kit as standard. What we're talking here is purely on cars having the exact same engine but a different performance setup.

It's not what u think that I'm 'defending' me getting a 250 instead of a 180. I'm just trying to state that bhp/torque output from the same engine is more than just engine tuning, hardware plays a part as well.

The new 5.5L in the SLK is the biggest capacity I've owned but also the most fuel efficient!

It only used 22L of petrol to get up to Ayer Keroh from home. My M3 would have used 30+ L.

It only used half tank of petrol all the way back from Sepang with many wide open throttle moments and creative overtaking.

This proves that there is still good technology and innovations for the NA to keep going on.

gawd... my sls was a petrol guzzler compounded with my heavy foot....
