  1. I'm currently driving the F10 528i and have driven the XF before. Test drove the new E class before deciding on the F10. Depends on what you are looking for. Interior for me XF hands down. Only thing, car is very sluggish. It's a nice comfortable car to drive but lacks power. Also longest car of the lot so parallel parking can be a headache. Exterior new E Class. New lights plus panoramic sunroof damn nice. Older E class a bit ah pek but the new model quite chio. So why did I choose F10? It's a driver's car. Response and manoeuvrability best of the lot. 18 months already and no problems so far.

  7. no matter AD's or used car dealers, you can always lowball. There is no such thing as paiseh. Bargain as much as you can, unless your dream car comes along (perfect colour, interior, engine blah blah blah). fyi b4 my C class, traded in my ride for about $190k+. Next thing I know, it's on SGcarmart asking for $220k+. Imagine their profit margin.

  13. I hv a soft top cabrio (not MB) 1) so far no issues 2) mine is coming 5 yrs so yah during HEAVY rain, u MAY get one or two droplets but your interior's not gonna flood. 3) if noise bothers you, I'd advise you to stay away from cabrios. Every opportunity I hv, I drive with the top down (whole idea of cabrio ain't it?). Passengers in the car have to speak up b4 we can hear each other. With the top up, I can hear every single vehicle passing by. Hope this helps.

  16. Take care all and safe driving LTA has contracted six traffic wardens from a private company at $34,000 a year to take down the licence plate number, make and colour of vehicles that intrude into bus lanes at peak hours. LTA has intensified their operations at the following areas: 1) Eunos Link 2) Hougang Ave 3 3) Jurong Town Hall Rd 4) Lorong Chuan 5) Orchard Rd 6) Upper Serangoon Rd 7) Upper Thomson Rd Yishun Ave 2 Additional spots where speed traps were seen, 1) PIE towards airport near Toa Payoh exit, tripod mounted speed camera at the pedestrian overhead bridge. 90km/h 2) PIE towards jurong near adam road exit, tripod mounted speed camera over at Adam Road flyover 90km/h 3) Braddell Road after Bishan Junction towards CTE, tripod mounted speed camera at the pedestrain overhead bridge. 60/kmh 4) Queensway towards Bukit Merah, tripod mounted speed camera under tree before Ridout McDonalds. 60km/h 5) Spot along Upper Bukit Timah Rd towards Woodlands Rd, tripod mounted speed camera under tree after a curve turn - 60km/h. 18. If you're asking for personal opinions, here's my 2 cents...nowadays, with more reputable workshops servicing your cars (be it conti or jap), I guess it doesn't really make much of a diff. Morever, we're covered by the Lemon Law (this you have to confirm coz I'm not exactly sure what it covers). I honestly can't remember when I sent my car back to AD for servicing unless it's free. Most AD servicing covers superficial things which costs half when done outside.
  19. eeeehhh FF is one of the most fugly car
