Dear Members, due to popularity demand, we are accepting signups as of now subjected to resort room availability. Kindly PM MarkCWQ for details.

We'll be organising our next Malaysia run as a 2 day 1 night trip with a stop in Sepang. We will be taking part in the First Mercedes Mega Gathering to ever take place. The event is held in collaboration with our counterparts in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Brunei. The Thai Merc club will be driving down from the north to join in the event. Our presence will represent Singapore!

Date: 30 July 2016 to 31 July 2016 (2D1N)

Accommodation: Sepang GoldCoast Resort

Room Type: Superior Room (Accommodates 2 Pax)*

Early bird price will end 7 July 2016. Price will be revised thereafter.

The cost includes the following:

1) Superior Room at Sepang GoldCoast Resort - One Bedroom, Double Bed (2 pax)*

2) Vehicle Entry to Join SGMerc Convoy - One Mercedes

3) Vehicle Entry to MegaGTG Event - One Mercedes

*Rooms can be upgraded to Villas upon request, subjected to availability during checkin. Additional cost applies for upgrade , to be paid directly to the resort.

06.45am - Convoy Departs

The convoy will arrive back in Singapore, the evening of 31 July 2016.

We will ensure a comfortable travelling speed during the convoy.

Pre-Inspection

Arrangements have been made for all cars joining this trip to be inspected for safety by Optima Carz.

Food and refreshments will be available during the pre-inspection session.

7) Touch 'n Go Card (Can be purchased in Malaysia)

8) Change of Clothes (Not compulsory but you'll know why when nobody wants to sit with you during breakfast the next day!)

We have limited rooms on hold with the resort. Once the rooms are filled, we will need to confirm with the resort if they are able to accommodate us further so please signup as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
