I drive a R171 SLK200 (FL). I'm looking to either (a) change my air intake system or (b) change the exhaust. Any recommendations? Would appreciate it if you quote the price and the time it would take to install any of the parts. Thanks. |

my W211 FL just develop a odd "clunk" sound from the left front suspension when the car move over a hump. What's wrong & can MBM fixed the issue? What will be estimated cost too. Please PM me. |

This was a frank feedback to MBM.
I have done my servicing recently. The workshop was so crowded that my car had to be serviced along the road with cars passing by. For guys that been to MBM, it was a very narrow way with workshops on both sides, cars parked in front of the workshops and heavy traffic too ! Other cars that had arrived later than mine, for some reasons, gotten to service in the service bays. My car was still wet when handover. The plastic sheet was still left in the driver seat and the carpet in the driver seat was soaking wet. The other carpets were not vacuum at all evident from the dry leaves on the carpets. Very disappointed. Our SGMERC carpark label could not get the 10% discount for normal servicing. Only labour job counted which was not the case during servicing. Plus points : the counter staffs were friendly and the waiting environment cosy. Hope MBM can improve on the above. |

We have to admit, recently there has been an increase in the number of vehicles that visit our workshop. Matters were made worse on that particular day due to the heavy downpour. A lot of our customers were stranded at their offices or the nearby shopping malls and had problem returning to our workshop to collect their vehicles. That is why our workshop seemed extra packed on that day. In addition, we will like to assure you that which ever place we find to work on your car, we will always maintain the same high level of service. Like other places, there is a small fee we charge when we vacuum a customer's vehicle. We used to provide this service to all our customers but not everybody liked to pay for such a service. This is why nowadays, it is optional and only available when our customer asks for such a service. To show our gratitude to all SG-Merc members, we have always offered a 20% discount on labour charges. In your case, we have waived the entire labour cost, because your car was purchased from one of our business partners. We thank you for your kind remarks on our counter staff and showroom. Each staff of MBM is carefully selected so that our customers can enjoy a good level of customer service. The showroom has also undergone a couple of facelifts just to make sure that our customers can always feel right at home. We do apologise for your disappointment during this visit and we have taken note of your feedback. We promise you that you will see an improvement the next time you visit us.
